The Clore Center Adding Exhibits and Statue
The Clore Center in Prosser will be adding some new touches this summer and fall with a statue honoring Walter Clore and exhibits showcasing the area.
Executive Director Abbey Cameron said this helps complete their mission which is, “To provide certainly a wine experience, an agricultural experience, but also some education and lots of history.”
The Center is working with the same company that helped design the Hanford Reach exhibits.
Cameron's goal is to create a memorable experience that people will take with them.

“Make the consumer public excited and energized about this state and its products with wine being the main focus but certainly not the whole story. There’s lots of wonderful products in Washington.”
Cameron hopes to create passionate consumers, who will be looking for the wines they tasted at the Center in their local markets, or maybe decide to visit area wineries that they sampled thus helping the local economy.
