USDA's is out with it’s latest Agricultural Prices Report.  And across the board, ag producers saw an increase in the prices they received for their commodities in March.

Overall, ag prices received rose 4.5% from February, as both crop prices on average increased 1.5%, and livestock prices jumped up almost 6% month-over-month.  Food and feed grains and soybean growers all saw prices received for their products increase in the range of 2.5% to almost 4%, offsetting a 9% decline in prices for fruits and tree nuts.  The gains in prices in the livestock index came primarily from a 25% month-over-month rise in what poultry and egg producers received.  Dairy producers  also noted a 2% increase in prices received for their goods.

Meanwhile, producers paid slightly more 0.1% for their inputs and services in March
