USDA: Prices Received Index Fell Year Over Year

A downturn last month in prices farmers got for both crops and livestock leaving the index for crop prices down 5.7% compared to May 2018.  Meanwhile, livestock products reported a 0.5% increase.  That leaves the total prices received index down about 3% year over year.
