Idaho onions were valued at $64.0 million last year, up 11% from 2020. Oregon onions had a total value of $115 million, down 5% year-over-year. Washington onions were valued at $101 million, down 28% from 2020.

The three states published in the Pacific Northwest accounted for 50% of the national utilized production.

Carrots in Washington were valued at $170 million in 2021, up 27% from a year earlier.  Washington accounted for 16% of national utilized production. Washington asparagus was valued at $14.6 million last year, down 34% from 2020.  Washington accounted for 26% percent of national utilized production.

The value of sweet corn in Oregon topped out at $22.5 million in 2021, a 25% drop from a year earlier. Washington sweet corn hit $99.8 million, up 37% from 2020 numbers. These two states accounted for 33% of national utilized production.

Snap beans in Oregon had a $20.2 million total value of utilized production, up 4% from 2020. Oregon accounted for 8% of national utilized production.

Green peas in Oregon had a total utilized value of production of $2.3 million, down 64% from last year. Washington green peas were valued at $24.9 million, down 21% from 2020. These two states accounted for 39% of national utilized production.

Squash in Oregon had a total utilized value of production of $15.2 million, up 121% from 2020. Oregon accounted for 11% of the national utilized production.

Pumpkins in Oregon were value at $14.2 million, up 55% form 2020. Washington pumpkins utilized value of production was $21.9 million, up 52% from last year. These two states accounted for 6% of the national utilized production.
