Last month, Wilbur-Ellis announced a new name for its feed division.  Now known as Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, Andrew Loder, president of Wilbur-Ellis Nutrition, said the change will help to more accurately reflect where the company is going into the future.

“And that’s to be the innovative leader in the marketing of animal nutrients.”

Loder added while the name may have changed, producers should continue to expect high level of livestock products.

“Hopefully, it gives them confidence that’s the direction we want to go and continue to get better at.  So I wouldn’t say they’d see significant changes, hopefully what they see is even more innovative solutions because now we’re living under that banner of nutrition we feel the obligation to raise the level of our game as well.”

Loder said looking forward, Wilbur-Ellis hopes to add companies and brand names tor their portfolio that will continue to assist with animal nutrition and agriculture production.
