Washington’s Governor will leave next week of a nearly week long trade mission in Mexico.  Jay Inslee will be among a delegation of 40 people.  Included in that will be members of the state’s Dairy Industry.

According to WSDA Director Derek Sandison, Mexico imported $313 million of Washington’s food and ag products last year.  Mexico was the seventh-largest export market for all Washington state food and agricultural products in 2016.  The trade mission runs Monday through May 19th.
