USDA Trims Beef Production Forecast

U.S. Beef production will grow again this year, by about 1.5%, but as the USDA’s Seth Meyer explains, that’s not as much year over year growth as was previously anticipated.  Gary Crawford sat down with the Outlook board chairman.
