It’s very a very wet and soggy February across the Columbia Basin.  But that doesn’t mean irrigation needs will be less this growing season.  That was one of the messages at Thursday’s Customer Appreciation and Vendor Trade Show at Irrigation Specialists in Pasco.

Michael Engelbrecht said now in its 3rd year, the trade show allows customers to check out the latest irrigation technology and receive top advice in advance of the spring and summer heat.  Engelbrecht added now is the time to ensure your irrigation system is working properly.

“Nobody’s thinking about water right now, but as soon as we get that windy weather that we typically get, everything is going to dry out very quickly.  So anybody who can plan ahead now, will secure that we get their work done for them now.”

Engelbrecht said they are also focused on Orchard work for the year.
