Time Running Out For NW Producers To Submit Their Organic Survey

Organic producers, time is running short to submit your 2025 USDA Organic Survey.  Those surveys must be submitted by Thursday, February 5th.

“This survey will give a complete view of the contributions, both in terms of production and livestock and crops, and give the nation an idea of just what sort of contributions in terms of dollar value the organic industry provides for the Ag sector,” said NASS's Donald Buysse. 

He added the last time this census of agriculture-related product was released was five years ago.

“I think the last time When we did this, we were looking at a little over $11 billion in sales from the organic producers. That would have been for 2021.”
