OSP Investigating A Deer Killed With A Spear

Oregon State Police are asking for the public’s help identifying whoever illegally killed a buck deer with a spear near Monroe in Benton County.  Troopers responded September 9th to a dead deer on private property near Cox Lane and Foster Road.  Investigators say the buck had a spear lodged in it and had been left to waste.
