ODA Fines Applebee Aviation
The Oregon Department of Agriculture has announced their final ruling in a contested case involving Applebee Aviation, a commercial pesticide operator in Banks.
The company has been fined $43,552 and has had their license revoked for one year for applying pesticides in a faulty, careless or negligent manner.
The case had gone before a judge after an appeal by Applebee earlier this year.
Owner Michael Applebee has been fined separately for $10,000 as well as losing his commercial pesticide applicator’s license for one year.
