“In the northeastern part of my district it’s been a huge as we’ve seen these packs of wolves increase and the damage that they are doing to cattle and other livestock in our region has been pretty serious.”

McMorris-Rodgers says she is partnering with Newhouse to help livestock owners.

“We were successful in getting some language attached to the appropriations bill last year that would have delisted the wolves for Washington State.”

Newhouse introduced legislation last year that would delist the gray wolf in Washington, Oregon and Utah.
