ISDA Encouraging Farm Succession Planning

In an effort to help Idaho farm families transition to the next generation, the Idaho Farm and Ranch Center will offer a free Succession Planning Course.  The on-line course allows producers to learn the necessary steps to pass your farm or ranch onto the next generation.  

The course focuses on three phases:  

1. Learning the process and making initial plans. 
2. Understanding family and operation goals
3. Making decisions and executing the plan.
