Idaho AgBiz Insights Webinar Set For Thursday

The University of Idaho’s AgBiz team is slated to host its first "AgBiz Insights" webinar of the year.  The series kicks off Thursday with Dustin Winston, Commodity Marketing Analyst with StoneX, who will discuss the Livestock Risk Protection (LRP) Program.  A host of topics will be covered this week, including: 

  • Additional LRP features that were added in 2025
  • How LRP can be used by dairy and beef producers to "lock-in" historically high beef cattle prices
  • Cost Differences between LRP and traditional risk management
