Grandin Coming To Oregon State University

Livestock expert and autism advocate Temple Grandin is coming to Oregon State University Friday, August 14th.  Grandin will discuss her book, The Grandin Papers, which draws on more than 50 years of research in animal behavior and welfare.

Doors open Friday at 8:30 a.m., with the event kicking off at 9:30 a.m. at the CH2M HILL Alumni Center on the Corvallis campus, with a Q-and-A and book signing to follow.  Admission is free for current OSU students, F-F-A members and 4-H members, with registration required.  Students must register by emailing Juliana Ranches.

When Grandin visited Washington State University in Pullman earlier this year, the event was very popular and seats went fast.
