Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized The Auction of Washington Wines as the fifth largest charity wine auction in the U.S.  AWW is Washington’s only nonprofit wine event, and in 31 years has raised more than $41 million for Seattle Children’s Hospital, WSU’s Wine Science Center, and local organizations.  Each year, Wine Spectator ranks the top charity wine auctions across the U.S.

This year’s honor places AWW alongside fellow West Coast auctions Sonoma County Wine Auction and Auction Napa Valley.

“We’re ecstatic to continue to be recognized next to fellow wine auctions that are really setting the bar in this industry,” said Shelley Tomberg, Executive Director, Auction of Washington Wines. “Our team is consistently in awe of the generosity and support from our state’s wine community. Cheers to another record-breaking year in 2018!”

This year, AWW events will take place August 16-18, 2018; For more information or to buy tickets, check out AWW's Website.
