The first couple of months in the fiscal year have been very good for U.S. agriculture exports according to the Department of Agriculture.

 

USDA Trade Analyst Bryce Cooke said the year started off with a bang and that there was a big jump between September and October and he doesn’t foresee it slowing down.

 

“I would simply expect that November and December would also be pretty large totals because they traditionally are.”

 

October’s ag exports jumped $3 billion and the year has started off at nearly $24 billion in total.
