2017 Hereford Herdsman of the Year

A Nevada herdsman was honored as the 2017 Hereford Herdsman of the Year at the 2017 National Western Stock Show in Denver.

Jeremy Reno, oddly from Orovada, Nev. was selected by his peers to receive the award, something he called humbling.

Reno works for Brumley Farms in Orovada where he is responsible for caring for show cattle, traveling to all national shows and checking the cows and calves in the pastures.
