The 53rd annual Western Pulse Growers Association Annual Growers meeting take place Wednesday in Moscow, Idaho.  The one day event will cover several business issues facing dry pea, lentil and chickpea farmers, including international market trade barriers, retaliatory tariffs and low commodity prices.  In addition to the business component, growers will learn the latest about insects, pests, IPM and weed management in pulses.

 

The meeting gets underway at 8 a.m. at the University Inn Best Western.  The day wraps up with a hosted reception at 4:30 p.m.
