Washington Farmers Encouraged To Promote Their Future, Sustainability

Washington farmers looking to upgrade their equipment have a new funding opportunity.  The State Department of Agriculture is now accepting applications for its Climate-Smart Farm Equipment Grant Program, with $4.3 million available to help reimburse the cost of eligible equipment. 

The program supports purchases that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve soil health, and strengthen long-term farm resilience.
