Stemilt Announces Hansen Partnership

On Thursday, Stemilt Growers announced the addition of Hansen Fruit Company as a grower/marketing partner.  Stemilt will assist in marketing the balance of the 2017 apple crop.  Starting in June, Stemilt will exclusively market Hansen’s 2018 cherry and apple crops.

Stemilt’s Roger Pepperl says these two companies how many things in common, so this is a natural fit.

“And focused on quality and the right things and doing the right thing for people and whether it’s our customers or our own people and our workers they line up perfectly with that.  They’re family owned too.

Stemilt will perform all of the Yakima-based Hansen Fruit Company’s sales and marketing.  The fruit will be packed under Stemilt’s marketing programs.
