Perdue: Ag Economy Not A Very Rosy Picture Right Now

How would Ag Secretary Sonny Perdue describe the American Farm economy?  Gary Crawford had a chance to ask that question.

Perdue noted that loan demand is up, access to working capital is down and farm bankruptcies are rising.  But he was quick to point out that the Ag bankruptcy rate is still relatively low.
