The Bruery Expands to Meridian: Idaho Welcomes an Innovative Craft Brewery

The vibrant and rapidly growing community of Boise and the Treasure Valley is about to get even more exciting with the addition of The Bruery, a boutique craft brewery from Placentia, California. Marking its expansion, The Bruery will celebrate the grand opening of its new taproom in Meridian on Saturday, August 10th. As someone who grew up in Southern California, I'm looking forward to supporting and enjoying beers from the Bruery.

With 36 taps, customers can expect to enjoy a wide variety of styles, including barrel-aged creations, sour beers, lagers, and fresh IPAs from The Bruery's sister brewery, Offshoot Beer Co.

While the new taproom won't have a kitchen, but you are encouraged to bring food from nearby restaurants. Additionally, a food truck and doughnut pop-up are planned for the grand opening festivities, ensuring a delightful culinary experience to complement the exceptional beers.

The Bruery's operating hours will be noon to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, noon to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Idaho's welcoming nature toward new businesses continues to attract dynamic and innovative companies, enriching the local culture and offering residents new experiences. The arrival of The Bruery is yet another testament to Boise's growing reputation as a hub for craft beer enthusiasts.
