The 104th AFBF annual convention takes place month, January 6th-11th, in Puerto Rico.  But if you plan on participating, you’re running out of time.

“We've got Bert Jacobs. He's the co-founder and chief executive of Life is Good. They are a clothing brand company that started with him and his brother when they just had $78 in their pocket. Now they're a major company, and they donate about 10% of their profits to help kids in need," said Megan Jasiulevicius is with the American Farm Bureau events team. "And our second keynote, is Big Kenny of Big and Rich. He is a country artist, and he also has a philanthropic outreach to help end hunger, which is a big goal of Farm Bureau.”

For those who can’t make the trip to Puerto Rico, she says you don’t need to feel left out.

“We are offering a virtual component of our convention this year," Jasiulevicius continued.  "They can go to annualconvention.fb.org and register for just $25.  And they will have access to all three of our general sessions including those two keynote speakers we just talked about, eight of our workshops, so that’s 50% of the workshops we're offering this year, and then all of our programming that's taking place on our Cultivation Center Stage, which includes our Ag Innovation Challenge and our Young Farmer and Rancher Discussion Meet competition.”

The deadline to register for the 2023 Farm Bureau convention is Friday December 9th.  Visit the AFBF's Website for more information or to register.
