Starting at the beginning of the month, Darigold has brought their delivery fleet for direct store shipments under their ownership.

In an email to the Washington Ag Network, Sarah Taydas said the change won’t directly impact Darigold’s farmers, but, “This change is better for Darigold’s business and what is good for the business is better for our member-owners.”

The former delivery company’s employees, Estenson, will now become Darigold employees.

Taydas said they are a farmer-owned cooperative, so the producers on the Board were involved through the process.

Any questions on the change can be directed to area field managers.
