Oregon State University and NRCS will host a workshop next week focused on pasture soil health, regenerative ag and much more.  Scott Duggan with OSU Extension and Stephanie Payne, with NRCS will host the workshop at Rocking Double K Ranch at 285 SW 59th Street, Redmond, OR.  Class topics include: 

 

  • Pasture soil health demonstration 
  • Four principles of soil health 
  • Regenerative agriculture 
  • Weed & forage management 
  • Rotational grazing techniques 


The evening will include a farm tour with a question-and-answer session.  Those that participate are asked to bring not only a lawn chair, but also a coat or jacket, the evening could get chilly.
