World Ag Expo Opens Tuesday In California
The world’s largest farm equipment expo opens its gates next Tuesday in Central California. Jennifer Fawkes, the World Ag Expo runs for three days and attracts more than 100,000 visitors. About 1,500 exhibitors will display the latest agricultural technology and equipment on more than two and a half million square feet of exhibit space. To help you navigate the grounds, there is a special app on both Android and iOS platforms, which means it’s available for most smart devices.
“You can go on and create your own account and actually add people to your account, people you want to see that will share your information with them, but only if you want to share that information and be contacted, especially if you can’t get to that one booth at the show that you really want to be in contact.”
Fawkes said their volunteers are the backbone of the World Ag Expo.
“We have about 25 staff members year round, but we cannot do it all. I mean this is a huge show, there’s a lot of things happening, and especially in weeks leading up to, during and after, and our team of orange jacket volunteers are key to that success.”
The World Ag Expo opens Tuesday morning in Tulare, California.
