Washington Farm Bureau announced Sunday an end to its decades-long partnership and endorsement agreement with COUNTRY Financial.

“We appreciate the relationship we’ve had over the years and the products COUNTRY provided our members,” said Rosella Mosby, WFB president. “There are exciting opportunities to grow our membership organization for the future, engaging those individuals and families who support farmers and ranchers, and continuing to make Washington agriculture the best example of success in the nation.”

According to the Bureau, the WFB Board of Directors continually evaluates and considers endorsements annually or when they are at the end of their term.  The current agreement expired at the end of 2022, and the organization decided it was a good time to focus in other directions.

Washington Farm Bureau is the state’s largest farmers’ and ranchers’ advocacy group.  The organization is a voluntary membership non-profit, that is non-governmental and nonpartisan in supporting Washington’s agricultural community.
