Tilth Alliance recently launched its Sustainable Ag Farmer Forum, a digital platform created to offer dynamic peer-to-peer engagement, resource sharing and community building.  Andrew Corbin, Farm Program Director at Tilth Alliance said the Forum also encourages open communication between producers.

“Having this platform, is a good way to get farmers not only to talk to each other, but to ask questions about, how are you doing this or how are you doing that? And they have access to lots of resources on many different topics.”

Corbin added SAFF is already being used to promote farmer educational opportunities.

“So, farmers can join up on the webinar live and not only be there with their peers, but also we have experts in the field of organic transitioning, from WSDA organic, from USDA Transition to Organic Partnership Program to WSU, and of course, Tilt Alliance.”

Corbin added SAFF allows them to features virtual farm tours as well.  Visit Tilth Alliance's Website to learn more about the Sustainable Ag Farmer Forum.
