REAP Helps Producers
The USDA is partnering with the Washington State Department of Commerce to help producers invest in energy saving projects through the Rural Energy for America Program, or REAP.   The Department of Commerce’s David Boyd says the program helps farmers with the project costs, but acceptance isn’t guaranteed and that, "What we want to do is make sure that the project and the grant make sense for
