Broetje Sells To Canada-based Company
The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan has acquired Broetje Orchards. While the official purchase prices of one of the largest privately-owned apple orchards in the county has not been released, the Washington Department of Revenue indicate that the real estate portion of the sale was valued at $288 million.
