The dairy industry is launching a campaign over truth and transparency in food marketing after as many products claim to be free from hormones, GMOs, or some other perceived problematic identifier.   It’s called the “Peel Back the Label” campaign and President of the National Milk Producers Federation Jim Mulhern says, “Consumers have a right to both truth and transparency in food labeling.
