SoilCon returns this month with a new lineup of events focused on advancing soil health knowledge and practices.

For the past five years, Washington State University’s SoilCon has delivered science-based insights on soil health, and organizers say SoilCon26 will offer even more value.  This year’s programming includes a global virtual conference as well as an in-person event in Richland, WA.

The virtual event, Soil Health Successes and Failures, takes place February 12th, exploring the state of the world’s soils, long-term soil research, and the role of microbiology in soil health.

And then on February 26thm SoilCon: Irrigated Perennials happens February, takes place both on line and in person.  Topics include vineyard soil research, healthy soils for wine grapes, cover crops, weed management, and a producer panel on using soil data.
