The 2023 Farm Bill will come to Washington Friday.  Congresswoman Kim Schrier will host one of the Agriculture Committee’s listening sessions on Friday, July 22, 2022.  This series of listening sessions entitled “A 2022 Review of the Farm Bill: Perspectives from the Field,” allows House Agriculture Committee Members to gather input from producers and consumers on the ground to help shape the upcoming Farm Bill.

Schrier is the only member of Congress on the House Agriculture Committee from the Pacific Northwest.  The listening session will take place at 10:00 a.m. at Remlinger Farms in Carnation.  The session will be chaired by House Agriculture Subcommittee Chair Stacey Plaskett of the U.S. Virgin Islands.  This event is open to the public, but those interested in attending need to RSVP.
