How Can Reconnection Project Help Southern Oregon Farmers?
The Lower Klamath Lake Reconnection Project is moving forward, with Phase One design now complete. The Klamath Drainage District and its partners say the project could improve wildlife and bird habitat along the Pacific Flyway, create spawning grounds for C’waam, Koptu and potentially salmon, and help secure water for family farms and ranches.

A public meeting is set for Tuesday, October 27th, at Oregon Tech’s Mount Mazama Room. Doors open at 5:30, with presentations beginning at 6 p.m.; RSVPs are requested. Click Here to learn more or to RSVP.
KDD officials said the meeting will outline the completed design and next steps for the project.
