Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District Announces Canal Plans

The Quincy-Columbia Basin Irrigation District announced their spring plans for the West Canal and Crab Creek Lateral.

QCBID will begin filling West Canal on March 20^th and Crab Creek Lateral March 13^th with priming continuing on small canals and laterals through early April.

Beginning March 24^th, telephone recorders will be available in all watermaster offices for ordering purposes. You can also call on Saturdays, up to 11:30 Sunday morning for the following Monday’s water order throughout the season.

Once West Canal begins to be filled, water users are encouraged to contact their respective watermaster for current schedules and information.
