Organic Barley Farming Workshop August 17th

WSU Snohomish County Extension is hosting a farmer to farmer program August 17^th for anyone interested in organic barley farming.

There will be farm tours and presentations on breeding during the event.

The tour includes a conversation with Dan Bartelheimer who is in his third year raising organic barley who said he was excited to be proven wrong about having difficulty controlling weeds.

The cost is $10 and you can purchase tickets online through the event website.
