The quarterly meeting of the Oregon Board of Agriculture is set for November 29th and 30th in Portland at the Food Innovation Center.

 

On the agenda; branding Oregon food and agriculture, the selection of members of the Oregon Agriculture Heritage Program and a discussion on cap and invest.

 

Cap and invest is an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in Oregon agriculture according to the meeting announcement.

 

Public comment will be accepted on the 29th at 10:15 and on the 30th at 9:15 with the meetings beginning at 8:30 a.m. both Wednesday and Thursday.
