Oil prices rallied yesterday, moving above the $56 a barrel mark.  That’s the highest oil price since November.  Analysts said crude prices were pushed higher by OPEC-led supply cuts, U.S. sanctions on Iran and Venezuela, and hopes that the U.S./China trade dispute may soon end.

Diesel prices showed very little movement in the past week, with national diesel prices up one cent to $2.92 a gallon, Washington up one cent to $3.16, Oregon unchanged at $3.05.

As far as the lowest local prices are concerned:

  • $2.87 a gallon in the Tri-Cities
  • $2.97 a gallon in Wenatchee
  • $3.19 a gallon in Ephrata
  • $2.80 a gallon in Quincy
  • $2.95 a gallon in Pendleton
  • $2.89 a gallon in Yakima
  • $2.85 a gallon in Moses Lake
  • $3.07 a gallon in Walla Walla
