Representatives Dan Newhouse and Martha McSally and others are urging House Speaker Paul Ryan to act on the DACA program.

The two Republicans joined other House members, sending a letter late last week, urging for a legislative solution to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals Program.

"Any decision the letter stated to end the DACA program would not merely be a disappointment, but a major setback for the young people I know who were brought here as children through no fault of their own,” said Rep. Newhouse.  “I have listened to their stories, and these young people are struggling as their futures here seem in doubt. I will continue to work to protect Dreamers. It is my priority in Congress to give these young people certainty."

Dave Reichert was one of eight GOP law makers to sign the letter.  Click Here to read the letter.
