Clean Plant Center Northwest announced Friday low costs testing of the Little Cherry Virus 2 and the X-disease phytoplasma ($9.06 for one pathogen, $10.61 for both, per sample).  CPC officials said they hope this reduced cost will encourage growers to get their trees tested, and help in the efforts to map the spread of this devastating disease.  CPC said the reduce costs comes thanks in part to support from the Washington Tree Fruit Research Commission.
