ISDA Hosting Pesticide Disposal Events

Do you have old or unwanted pesticides?  The Idaho State Department of Agriculture will hold several Pesticide Disposal events across the state.  ISDA will accept herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, rodenticides; anything ending in “cide”

Loads over 1,000 pounds must pre-register.

Events will take place:

• Twin Falls / Twin Falls County Highway District – August 26th 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – 3208 E 3700 N, Twin Falls
• Idaho Falls / Bonneville County Transfer Station – August 27th 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – 2455 Hemmert Ave, Idaho Falls
• Burley / Bureau of Land Management Field Office – September 9th 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – 3562 Overland Ave, Burley
• American Falls / Power County Transfer Station  – September 10th 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – 2950 Landfill Rd, American Falls

Things that will not be accepted include fertilizer, paint, solvents, motor oil, high-pressure canisters.
