"Bridges to Opportunity", a Farm Service Agency customer service and outreach program, is now available nationwide.

FSA Administrator Val Dolcini said "Bridges" began a couple of years ago as a pilot program.

“We wanted to see if we could deliver customer service really in a new and technologically innovative way and a somewhat more creative way.”

"Bridges" is designed to be a one-stop resource that can work with producers and put them into contact with programs, grants, or other agencies that can help them develop their operation and make it more successful.

Dolcini said they are looking to work with anyone of any sized operation.

“It takes advantage of the newest technology in terms of our ability to provide info to you. But it also helps us do what we’ve done so well over the last 70 or 80 years and that’s really be a place where we can help build relationships for our farmers and ranchers so they’re even more successful across the country.”
