Fruit School Dates Announced

The ever popular WSU Post-Harvest Fruit School has announced the dates for the spring workshop.

The three-day event will take place in Prosser from March 20^th through March 22^nd.

There will be two days of lectures and one day of tours with regional and international experts presenting on Post-harvest principles of quality, storage, handling, organics, and pathology and then targeted sessions depending on apple, berry, cherry or pear.
