The ever popular WSU Post-Harvest Fruit School has announced the dates for the spring workshop.

 

The three-day event will take place in Prosser from March 20th through March 22nd.

 

There will be two days of lectures and one day of tours with regional and international experts presenting on Post-harvest principles of quality, storage, handling, organics, and pathology and then targeted sessions depending on apple, berry, cherry or pear.
