After weeks of warm weather with very little rain, the entire state of Washington is considered Abnormally Dry.  Despite that change, the portion of Washington classified a Moderate Drought at has not changed, and remains in the Pend Oreille and Spokane county area.  As far as Oregon is concerned, 77% of the state is D0, or Abnormally Dry.  That’s a 19% increase of the past week.
