After drying out earlier this year, soil moisture levels have improved across the Northwest.  In Oregon, both the D0 (Abnormally Dry) and the D1 (Moderate Drought) designations have reduced over the past week.  The only figure in Oregon that increased, is the portion of the state reporting normal soil moisture levels for this time of year, that currently sits at 32%.

In Washington only a small portion of Klickitat County is considered Abnormally Dry.  The rest of the Evergreen State is on par for this time of year.
