Consumers are paying more at the pump this week, and ag consumers and other diesel users are no exception.  According to AAA, the national average for a gallon of diesel increased one cent in the past week to $2.94, Washington’s average held steady at $3.23, while Oregon’s diesel price inched higher to $3.15, a one cent bump.  AAA went on to add that with the increased fuel prices to start 2018, all indications are fuel prices will remain higher throughout the year.

As far as the lowest diesel prices we could find across the Northwest:

  • $3.06 a gallon in the Tri-Cities
  • $3.09 a gallon in Walla Walla
  • $2.99 a gallon in Yakima
  • $3.03 a gallon in Wenatchee
  • $2.99 a gallon in Moses Lake
