On Monday, Dan Newhouse officially filed for reelection.  Newhouse is a third generation Yakima Valley farmer.  He’s represented Washington’s 4th Congressional District since 2015 and is seeking his third two-year term.

“Over the past year and a half, with a unified Republican government, we have made tremendous progress for conservatism in the House of Representatives,” Newhouse said.  “We still have much more work ahead of us, and I would be honored to continue working for Central Washington for another two years.”

Newhouse previously served eight years in the Washington State House of Representatives and four years as the Director of the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
