Certified Ag Group Looks To Meet The Unique Needs Of Farmers
Finding the right pickup-truck to meet the needs of Northwest operators can be challenging. That’s where Certified Agriculture Group looks to fill the gap.
Lyle Orwig, COO for Certified Agriculture Group says they certify dealers to better meet the needs of farmers, ranchers and producers. In addition to meeting those specific needs, Orwig said Certified Ag Group dealerships can also help farmers save money, through the Ag Pack for example.
"It's $4,500 in rebates on tires from Michelin and BF Goodrich. It's $2,000 from AgroLiquid and fertilizer," Orwig noted. "So, the average savings last year when we totaled everything up for each truck purchased was $14,828. So that's real money, and farmers and ranchers are using the program.”
Not only can producers save money and enjoy discounts when they purchase their next farm truck, Orwig said going to a Certified Ag Group dealer means you chat with someone who understands agriculture.
“Farmers are relational folks, and they like to buy from people who understand them, and this is a way to do that," Orwig added. "For the dealer, it's an opportunity for them to differentiate themselves from all the other dealers who are not a Certified Ag Dealer. So, if I'm a farmer or rancher, I don't want to leave $14,000 or nearly $40,000 on the table for my operation.”
