The Columbia Basin Development League announced that they’ve invited David Palumbo, Deputy Commissioner of Operations, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, to be the keynote speaker at their conference and annual meeting.

 

Palumbo has been part of the water management team in the West for 12 years including projects in Colorado and Mexico as well as Hoover Dam.

 

The conference agenda also includes CBDL’s new short-film documentary, updates on projects around the Inland Northwest, an update on the Columbia River Treaty and much more.
